At Prophet City Filmz, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
1. RETURNS
Since our products are custom made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

2. damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. REFUNDS
If your return request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
4. LOST PACKAGES
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin production quickly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes once production has started.
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately after placing your order.
