Thank you for shopping with Prophet City Filmz. Every order helps support our independent filmmaking and creative projects. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All of our apparel is made to order. Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 2–5 business days before it is shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
